Ann Burke Spalding practices exclusively in the area of probate, trust and fiduciary litigation, and administration.
She represents fiduciaries, individuals and charitable organizations in complex estate and trust matters, including representation in will and trust contests, elective share claims, and actions to construe, modify and reform wills and trusts. She also represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and creditors in connection with the administration of trusts and estates. She assists families in trying to avoid disputes. When disputes do arise, she works hard to resolve them before they fall into litigation. She has been practicing since 1996 and brings nearly 20 years of large law firm experience to her niche practice which just celebrated its 10th anniversary.
